Return Policy
Stream Trail wants you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt (with certain exclusions).

If your purchased product is considered as a defect, please contact us first, we will inform you how to return the product and refund money / exchange the product.
If you like to return the product with other reason, the item must be in like new condition, unless defective when sold. "Like new" means unworn, undamaged, unaltered, salable and with all tags attached and the shipping cost to our Bangkok Shop must be owed by you.
Stream Trail reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
